Nathalie Du Pasquier is an artist, designer and founding member of Memphis Group — a design group launched at the 1981 Salone del Mobile in Milan and known for their unconventional materials, historic forms, kitsch motifs and gaudy colors. Du Pasquier’s playful textile designs formed a key component of their work, helping define not only the aesthetic of the Memphis-Milano Movement, but the quintessential post-modern aesthetic of the decade.

These napkins use reproduced images of some of her work in the early 1980's.
